Hello and welcome! We are Raul and Gabriela from Altadena, California. We are so grateful to you for taking the time to learn about us. We are honored to be considered as adoptive parents to your child. We promise to provide a home that will be filled with unconditional love, joy, support and encouragement. We have great respect and admiration for you as you explore the right choice for you and your baby.

Our biggest dream is to have a family and be parents. We have chosen adoption after many years of infertility.

Adoption is the gift to expand our family, make our dream come true and welcome a child to our loving home! Starting a family means the world to us. We are really excited, ready, and looking forward to the journey. We want to provide all the love, protection, knowledge and attention we have to give. We promise, if given the chance we will always respect and cherish how we were given the gift of life and the opportunity to be parents. Our goal is to raise our future child into a happy, fun, successful, loving human being.

We met online, never expecting to actually meet "the one". Eleven years ago we found each other and so began our beautiful love story.

We have been inseparable since our first date when we met in person, enjoyed dinner, coffee and a beautiful walk in Santa Monica by the beach. Travel forward and we have been married for 5 years. Our relationship is based on trust, communication, respect, and love. Our home is in a beautiful foothill community which we share with our dog Bella. We have a wonderful life with lots of loving amazing friends and family. We love living in southern California surrounded by beautiful weather and the opportunity to enjoy an abundance of fun outdoor activities.

I was born and raised in Southern California by my single mother. As an only child I grew up with a large extended family, having fun gatherings almost weekly. All these family events developed my love for birthday celebrations. I truly believe everyone deserves to have a fun-loving birthday recognition even if it’s something small. Family also inspired my love of working with children. I love to be outdoors, travel and spend time with loved ones. Motherhood has always been my dream. I have spent many years envisioning my life as a mother and am so excited to help our future child explore their interests and support them with every dream and goal they have.

Gabriela is one of the most loving and compassionate people I’ve ever known. She is very thoughtful, generous, and empathetic towards everyone she encounters in life. This is witnessed daily with her background in child development and her 16 years working at Children’s Hospital.

She is incredibly nurturing and is very hardworking. I’ve always believed that she deserves to be a mother. Gabriela is a strong support system for her friends and family, and they all know they can count on her for anything. Gabriela will be a great role model for our future child and instill in them loyalty, kindness, education and dedication. I’m so excited to see Gabriela become the amazing mother I know she will be. Motherhood will come easy to Gabriela because of her core values.

I was born and raised in Manhattan Beach, California and have always loved anything to do with the water. I consider myself to be fun, goofy and I always know how to make the best of every situation. Similar to Gabriela I am also an only child who was raised by a single mother in a home that always had laughter, happiness and love. I love all sports from football, basketball, racing, and golf. Music has always been a passion of mine, I always have music playing and enjoy finding new artists and genres. Growing up, my days were spent playing outside with my large community of friends. I look forward to watching our future child experience similar fun moments full of joy and laughter, and I’m excited about teaching them about music, how to swim, and playing sports. Having a family is something I have always wished for. I can’t wait to enrich our future child’s life with love, knowledge, curiosity and how to be an all around great person.

Raul is the rock of our family and truly is my perfect match. Raul is the calming force in our relationship, always being thoughtful and loyal. He is extremely loving, respectful, devoted, and a hard worker who greatly values friends and family. What I have fallen in love with most about Raul is his caring nature. I am so lucky to call him my husband. He is a true family man, always putting the needs of others before himself. I know that he will be the best and most loving father. He truly is my best friend, the most loving partner, and the man I can’t wait to start a family with. He always makes me feel loved, supported and appreciated which I know he will do the same for our future child. He loves encouraging people and especially kids in their interests. I can’t wait to see Raul as a father.

We live in Southern California in a small foothill community. Our city is safe, friendly and very quiet. We like our home to be cozy, clean, and organized. Our home is on 1/3 of an acre so lots of outside room for our future child to play. We absolutely love waking up to birds singing in our backyard. Our home is large with lots of spare room for guests or room for our future child’s activities. We live in a centralized location where we can take our future child to parks, museums, the Rose Parade, the snowy mountains, or the beach. Our home is very close to many hiking trails and we love to spend our time outside absorbing all of natures natural beauty. We love to explore new places and look forward to sharing these adventures as a family.

Bella is our super laid back and beautiful black toy poodle. She is very friendly and has a calm relaxing personality at the ripe old age of 18. Bella’s past times include laying in the sun, barking in her sleep and walking really slow. She goes everywhere with us.

We are both only children who were raised by our fabulous single mothers. Our source of inspiration is our mothers. We have a large extended family, aunts, uncles and lots of cousins. We consider our friends to be family as well. Family has always been extremely important to both of us. Everyone is very excited to welcome a new baby into the family! Our family is incredibly supportive of our adoption journey. We value family, the quality of the relationships, communication and emotional connection. We are constantly surrounded by our loving family during fun gatherings from picnics, birthdays, holidays to weekend hangouts. We are honored to have family and friends who make up our tight knit community that will help us navigate through parenthood.

As future parents we promise to love your child unconditionally and dedicate our lives to providing them with a lifetime of kindness, support, and guidance. We want your child to know how precious they are. We will raise your child with a deep appreciation for who you are and the love that you have for them. Our goal is for your child to have the best opportunities with exposure to many things to grow and develop into the best version of themselves. We will teach your child the importance of happiness and love. We would have open communication, teach them that each person is important, valued, respected and esteemed. We can’t wait to make lasting family memories from vacations, to birthdays, to exploring hobbies and more.
