Hello! We are Taylor, Bradley, Remy & Harper from Northern California. Thank you for taking the time to read our profile, and for considering us as adoptive parents to your child. From the beginning of our relationship, we agreed that we wanted to both have a child and adopt a child. We were blessed with two kids and they have shown us how much love and joy a child can bring to our lives.

We are now looking to expand our family through adoption and hope that you will be a part of our story!

We met through online dating. Before ever meeting in person, we talked on the phone for hours and knew there was a special connection. On our first official date, Brad got lost on the way to the restaurant and Taylor will never let him forget it! A year later, Brad was thinking about the next step and built an app to help Taylor decide on the perfect wedding ring. And then he waited… and waited… until Taylor thought it might never happen. Then, he surprised her with a date at their favorite restaurant, a walk on the beach, and a proposal with friends and family waiting nearby to celebrate. We got married in Temecula, California. Remy arrived two years later with Harper joining the family five years after that.

We love to snuggle up to a movie or a show, enjoy a great meal, and cheer on our favorite sports teams. Music is important to us so we go to concerts as often as possible!

Becoming parents has been a life changing experience that has solidified our desire to grow our family. Watching a child discover the world and develop a unique personality brings us so much joy. Our favorite activities as a family are going to the farmer’s market, playing miniature golf, and scooter races at the park.

I was born and raised in Silicon Valley with my parents and 2 brothers. I went to college at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and studied accounting. I am now a Certified Public Accountant and work as a controller at a real estate company. I am lucky enough to work from home which gives me the flexibility I need as a working mom. I love San Diego, but family is important to me so I’m happy to be back in the Bay Area near my parents and brothers.

I love sports, board games, and anything that involves competition! I’m highly competitive and I often win (much to Brad’s dismay). My favorite sports are basketball and football so we regularly attend 49ers and Warriors games. My ideal night in would be reading a book by the fireplace with a big bowl of ice cream.

Taylor is quite simply my best friend! When I first came across her dating profile, I had a feeling she would be the one for me. It honestly scared me a little. When I finally mustered up the courage to ask her out (there’s an infamous and embarrassing voicemail), we instantly clicked. We bonded over our shared love of food, TV shows, music, and sports. Some of my favorite moments with her have been dining at our favorite Italian restaurant, singing along together at concerts, as well as cheering on the Niners and Warriors. Taylor is definitely competitive, and I admire her ability to constantly strive for excellence. She inspires me to be a better person. Someday, I even hope to beat her at Settlers of Catan.

One of the most important moments for me was when I brought her to meet my family. I could sense the shared values of faith and family converge before my eyes. Taylor has a tremendous capacity for love and patience. This is what I think makes her an excellent mom. She is our Preparer in Chief, looking out for us all, fueled by her love of our family. On our wedding day, I wrote her a note saying that I looked forward to growing old and growing our family together.

I am overjoyed at the thought of her being a mother again!

I grew up in Haverhill, Massachusetts, and attended Gordon College not far way in Wenham. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, I began working as a Software Engineer in Boston. After a few years, I was able to transition to remote work when I moved to San Diego, where I met Taylor, and have continued a mostly work-from-home lifestyle for several years. I love having this flexibility to be around the house and family more often.

Aside from technology, I also love music. I grew up in my father’s recording studio, and I play a few instruments: guitar, bass, drums, and a little piano.

I could not ask for a better partner in life than Brad! He is so easy going and always looking for ways to take care of me. Whether that means taking over the errands I hate to do (waiting at the post office is the worst!) or running out to get me ice cream when I have a late-night craving, he is always willing to go out of his way to make me happy.

Brad is a lifetime learner. He is always looking for new ways to challenge himself both in his profession and in his hobbies (and he has a lot of hobbies!). His most recent projects are teaching himself how to play chess and creating all sorts of household gizmos with his 3D printer.

His patience and fun-loving attitude make him a great dad. He loves to cook with Remy and take Harper out on adventures. He is always up for a dance party and does the best voices for each character when reading kids books. I can’t wait to see the silly things they get up to when another child is added to the mix.

Remy was born in 2018 and he never stops moving. Whether he is starting a dance party or inventing new moves at soccer practice, Remy is always keeping the energy up! His new favorite activity is making his little sister laugh and he can’t wait for another brother or sister to entertain.

Harper was born in 2023. She doesn’t like to sit still, so her favorite activities involve going out for walks and exploring the world around her. She loves to watch anything big brother Remy is doing! She is constantly babbling away, and we can’t wait to finally understand what she’s been trying to tell us all this time!

We live in a safe, family friendly neighborhood 40 minutes South of San Francisco. We are surrounded by trees and beautiful hills with a nature preserve for hiking only 2 miles away. It’s a short walk to our local elementary school playground where we regularly run into other families from Remy’s class. Our single-story home has a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to play.

We are Christians and our faith is an important part of our lives. We enjoy attending a nearby church on Sundays and participate in the community’s activities. Brad volunteers as a member of the worship band. It takes a village to raise a child, and being a part of a close-knit community helps provide that necessary love and support.

We both come from close-knit families. Brad’s mom, dad, and sister all live in Massachusetts and we visit them every year. It’s tradition for them to visit us around July 4th. Taylor’s mom and dad live 10 minutes away and we have dinner there once a week. Taylor’s 2 brothers and their families also live nearby and her niece and 2 nephews are looking forward to having a new cousin to play with!

We love gathering with family and friends for the holidays. We celebrate Easter at church followed by brunch with Taylor’s family and an Easter egg hunt for the kids. Thanksgiving includes a big home cooked meal with lots of family and friends (and way too much food).

We have been blessed with so much love in our lives and we have always wanted to open our home and share that with an adopted child. Our goal is to give our children opportunities to explore the world and try new things so they become well-rounded individuals. They will always be protected, loved, and supported by us as well as our wonderful family and friends.
