Hello from Pleasant Hill, California. We are Zee, Daniel, and our daughter Mikayla. In 2022, we adopted Mikayla AKA Mika, and are so excited to be on our second adoption journey. We always imagined our lives with children and cannot wait to become parents again and give your child the most loving and fulfilling life. We are very family oriented. We're also big foodies and love to host game nights for our family and friends.

Our love story began in 2009 in sunny San Francisco when we were introduced by a mutual friend and the rest was history. Daniel knew that same night that it would be the beginning of the rest of our lives together. Since then we have shared many highs such as starting a business together and some lows such as infertility. Honesty and communication have been the foundation of our relationship, and what we feel has led us to being wed for 12 years strong.

We have always imagined our lives with children and cannot wait to add to our growing family. We know Mika is going to be the best big sister.

Zee will tell you I'm pretty easy-going and love being a dad! I love sports, fixing things around the house, and spending time with family. I'm a hard worker and take pride in my work. When not working, I like taking our daughter Mika and our dogs to the park, swimming with Mika, and grilling for the family.

My husband, Daniel, is the biggest kid at heart which is why he is everyone's favorite uncle and Mika's world. At the same time, he is extremely reliable and someone I consider my rock! Daniel always puts his family first. He is so supportive and caring, not just to me and Mika, but to our families and our dogs, Pickles and Yogi. No matter how tired he is after work he still manages to spend time with us and make us laugh. I cannot imagine my life without him, he is my best friend.

Taking care of Daniel, Mika, and our dogs brings me absolute joy. I'm always on the go, and love gardening, trying new recipes and spending time with family. I'm also the family Mario Cart champ!

My wife, Zee, has always had caring and nurturing spirit. She was a nurse for over 10 years, and she continues to show her love and compassion for others and our family on a daily basis. She is an amazing mother and my partner in crime. I cannot imagine my life without her, after all I've known her half of my life. She is not only Auntie Zee to all of our nieces and nephews but is affectionately known as "Mama Zee" to all of our friends because she truly cares for everyone in our lives. These are the qualities that made me fall in love with her in the first place and she continues to inspire me every day.

Mikayla (Mika) was born and adopted on March 18th, 2022 in Traverse City, Michigan. She is the most caring, bubbly and sweet little girl. She loves everyone and loves playing with all of her cousins. She loves Mrs. Rachel and sings along to songs such as ABC's, Hop little bunny, and Happy Birthday song. She can't wait to have a sibling to take to the park and play with. She also loves reading books and reading to others. She will be an amazing big sister!

Daniel Enjoys: Swimming in our pool, watching almost every type of sport, he is especially proud of his Fantasy Football trophy collection.

Zee Enjoys: Playing Mario Cart along with other video games and board games. She also has a green thumb and loves to garden.

Both of us love taking Mikayla to the neighborhood park and zoo.

We bought our forever home one year ago in hopes of expanding our family. Daniel enjoys grilling in the backyard, Zee enjoys gardening her vegetables and preparing meals with the literal veggies and fruits of her labor, and Mika loves to play with her toys and the pups on the cool grass. We live in a suburban area across from a park where we take Mika, Pickles, and Yogi for outings. Our neighborhood is minutes away from schools, malls, libraries, and most importantly our families and relatives. We love where we live and can't wait to raise your child here so they can experience all the great things we are surrounded by.

We love having our family and relatives over for dinners. Our families are very close.

Our families visit every week and stay with us however much they would like in their rooms. Zee's parents have been married for 51 years and are still going strong, they are a perfect example of what a loving marriage looks like. Our friends have also become our extended family throughout the years and we treasure them very dearly.

We were blessed with the greatest pups of all time! We rescued Yogi (14), 13 years ago. He enjoys his belly scratches, naps, treats and sunbathing in the backyard. Pickles (12), is our Boston Terrier who joined our family as a puppy. He also enjoys naps, treats, head scratches, long walks around the neighborhood, and napping some more.
